Who is responsible for your data
BeFit Fitness Studio decides what the BeFit app keeps about you and why: it is the controller of that data. AstroCode Software builds and runs the app and the platform behind it, and handles the data only for the studio and on its instructions, under an agreement with the studio.
What the app keeps
- Your account: name, phone number, and, if you or the studio add them, email, ID number, address, date of birth, gender and photo.
- Your membership: bookings and attendance, plans you bought and their use, payments, receipts, charges, credits and refunds.
- What you choose to record, where the studio offers it: body measurements, progress photos, workouts, goals and nutrition plans.
- Messages and notifications the studio sends you, the device token that delivers them, and your preferences.
- Enquiry forms you send the studio.
Why
To run your membership: bookings, plans, payments, reminders and the studio's messages. Some records are kept because the law requires it (bookkeeping).
Who else handles it
Each only for the studio, and only for its part:
- Google Cloud: the servers and storage, in the United States (us-central1).
- Google Firestore: records kept from the studio's earlier app, if any, in the European Union, until they are deleted.
- Firebase Authentication and Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google): signing in with your phone number, and notifications.
- Twilio: text messages; WhatsApp messages go through Twilio and Meta.
- PayMe: card payments, in the studio's own account.
- GreenInvoice (Morning): receipts, in the studio's own account.
- Google reCAPTCHA: on the web pages, checking that a request sent there comes from a person.
No email provider receives your data. Hosting in the United States, and the earlier app's records in the European Union, are transfers of data outside Israel.

Deleting your account
- In the app: on the Profile screen, choose "Delete account". If you cannot sign in, choose "Delete my account" on the sign-in screen.
- On the web: www.befit-studio.com/delete.
- Or ask the studio: +972533006516 · info.befit.studio@gmail.com.
- No longer have the number? Ask the studio, or send the request on the same web page. The studio checks who you are against its own records and answers within 30 days.
Before you confirm, the app shows what is deleted, what the studio must keep, any refund or debt, and lets you download your data and receipts.
Your rights

Changes
This is version 2026-11. When the notice changes, the app shows the new version once.
